A bit of Fall Nostalgia #Downtown #Halifax & #Dartmouth

I really love the fall, the crisp air, the change in the environment and the feeling of fresh starts. It also tends to make me feel a bit nostalgic, remembering things of the past, sometimes even longing, but what this also does is help bring clarity to my thoughts and goals and use those past experiences to bring about positive change. I was walking in the crisp fall air the other day listening to an older Jenn Grant album an one particular song brought a rush of nostalgia, Where are you now.

As I walked around that day and night in both Halifax and Dartmouth the words brought back great memories and also gave me lots to think about for the year ahead.
